DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours once the order is confirmed. You are requested to be available on the provided contact information so our team can reach you.
Please note that if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped or will be shipped partially. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason.
The estimated average delivery time across the globe is 3 to 5 working days.Please note that during sale delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
The delivery charges are already adjusted in the price of the item that you are buying.
Return / Refund:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are accepted if the device sent to you is not as described on the website.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address provided. We provide one-year warranty on our devices.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Company will not bear the cost of delivery for the return of the product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
All International are required to pay their own Customs, Duties, and Brokerage fees where needed. Roboart Inc. will not be responsible for any of these fees. It is the customers responsibility to pay these and understand them prior to ordering from Roboart. Non payment of fees will not constitute a return. If products are returned for non payment of fees, the products will be forfeited to Roboart Inc. or the customer can pay to have the items reshipped. No refund or cancellation because of these fees.
It is to be made clear that the device needs installation with the help of a technician, and the company is not responsible if you fail to find an installer at a reasonable price.We will help you with the installation but will not accept any return in this case.
