DELIVERY & RETURN POLICY
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 24 hours once the order is confirmed. You are requested to be available on the provided contact information so our team can reach you.
Please note that if the item(s) on your order are unfit for dispatch due to quality or any other reason, they will not be shipped.The estimated average delivery time across the globe is 5 to 7 working days.Please note that during sale delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
We provide express delivery with tracking number.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address provided. We provide one-year warranty on our devices. The customer is responsible to deliver the devices to the mentioned address in US.
Return / Refund:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are accepted if the device sent to you is not as described on the website.To be eligible for a return, the device must be unused and in the original sealed packaging.
In case of a refund, you need to send the devices back to us in United States and you will be responsible to bear delivery charges as we do not provide a return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Company will not bear the cost of delivery for the return of the product back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund even in the case of free shipping.
The processing fee charged by the payment gateway (Stripe) is non refundable. The amount is 2.9% +30c on the total amount per transaction.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
All International are required to pay their own Customs, Duties, and Brokerage fees where needed. Roboart Inc. will not be responsible for any of these fees. It is the customers responsibility to pay these and understand them prior to ordering from RoboArt. Non payment of fees will not constitute a return. If products are returned for non payment of fees, the products will be forfeited to Roboart, Inc. or the customer can pay to have the items reshipped. No refund or cancellation because of these fees.
It is to be made clear that the device needs installation with the help of a technician, and the company is not responsible if you fail to find an installer or the installer is not quoting you a reasonable price. We will help you with the installation but will not accept any return in this case.
All the components included in the box are clearly mentioned on the website. You might need some extra components for some of the functions of the device to perform and their need varies from car to car.
