1. Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Average delivery time worldwide is 5–7 working days, depending on destination and courier.

  • Products may be shipped from any of MoboKey’s global fulfillment centers, allowing international delivery.

  • During sales or high-demand periods, delivery times may increase.

  • All shipments include a tracking number for your convenience.


2. Customs & Import Duties

  • All international orders are subject to customs, import duties, and brokerage fees charged by your country.

  • MoboKey is not responsible for these fees.

  • Non-payment of customs fees does not qualify for a return or refund.

  • Products returned due to non-payment will either be forfeited to MoboKey or reshipped at the customer’s expense.

  • Customs charges are not included in the product price.


3. Warranty

  • MoboKey provides a one-year limited warranty on devices, covering defects or damages present at the time of delivery.

  • Items that are defective or damaged may be exchanged for the same model.

  • Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, installation errors, or negligence by a technician.

  • To initiate a warranty claim, email sales@mobokey.com.

  • Customers are responsible for delivering the product to the designated address in the United States for evaluation and replacement (if applicable).


4. Returns & Refunds

  • Change of mind is Not Acceptable.
  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

  • The device must be unused and in its original sealed packaging to qualify.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Stripe payment gateway fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are non-refundable.

  • The return address will be provided upon request via email.

  • Change of mind is not eligible for returns.


5. Shipping Notes

  • Free shipping applies to the item only.

  • Customs duties, taxes, and other fees are not included and may be charged upon delivery.


6. Installation

  • MoboKey devices require installation by a qualified technician.

  • We are not responsible if you cannot find an installer or if the installer charges more than expected.

  • Installation issues do not qualify for returns or refunds.

  • All components included in the box are clearly listed on the product page. Some functions may require additional components, depending on your vehicle.
