22. Delivery & Return Policy
Delivery

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.

The average delivery time worldwide is 5–7 working days, depending on the destination and courier.

Products may be shipped from any of MoboKey’s global fulfilment centers.

During sales or promotions, delivery times may increase due to high demand.

All deliveries include a tracking number for your convenience.
Customs & Import Duties
- All orders are subject to customs, import duties, and brokerage fees charged by your country as they are shipped from MoboKey’s global fulfillment centers.
- MoboKey is not responsible for these fees.
- Non-payment of customs fees will not qualify for a return or refund.
- If the product is returned due to non-payment, it will be forfeited or reshipped at the customer’s expense.|

Warranty
- MoboKey provides a one-year limited warranty on devices.
- Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same model.

Returns & Refunds
